I've been on X for 1097 days. I started off like everyone else. • 5 DMs a day • 3 posts a day • 50 comments a day But after 16 months, I was still stuck in beginner's hell. 800 followers. $0 made. But then I looked at all the big creators and how they grew and discovered my big mistake: Following growth gurus. Let me explain: Growth gurus tell you that engaging and being a reply guy is the best way to grow because that is what they are selling. They haven't experimented enough with other methods to realize that their way of growing is extremely slow and outdated. Just look around you. Don't you see just how many creators are struggling to even reach 1,000 followers? They're all following the same strategy, being a reply guy. But none of them are seeing any results. So that's why I took a step back and decided to study the top creators like Dan Koe, Kieran Drew, Justin Welsh. That's when I discovered their secret: They stacked ideas. They didn't obsess over engaging, templates, and trends. They found a few great ideas and stacked them. They turned a few ideas into their entire brands and now they're seeing the fruits of their hard works. So that's exactly what I've done. I found a few great ideas that I was interested in and turned them into my brand. And in less than 50 days, I went from 800 → 18,000 followers. At first, I thought it was luck. Then I signed a few clients and gave them my systems: • Julie went from 0 → 3,300 and 4M views in 56 days (talking about history) • Ben went from 0 → 900 followers and 10M views in 40 days (sharing business stories) • Tom signed his first client and had his first viral post in 21 days (posting about productivity) I even started ghostwriting and my clients were seeing the same results: • 1,000+ followers per day • 1,000+ email subscribers per month • 50+ sales to a paid community per thread Just last week alone I gained 1,000 followers. I wasn't doing any engagement. If anything, I spent a total of 5 minutes per day on X. This is why I always focus on having great ideas more than engaging or formats or structures. Because it doesn't matter how much you engage, or the template you use, or the trend you're chasing. If your ideas are bad, you'll stay stuck in beginner's hell: Slow growth. No authority. No sales. But the problem is most people have been brainwashed into thinking that you need to engage to grow your personal brand. YOU DON'T. You need great ideas. When you have great ideas, everything changes: • Your brand grows on autopilot • You become an authority in your niche • Leads come to you ready to buy (and you don't need to do any cold outreach or sales calls) We're now moving into a new era. One where the creator with the best ideas wins. This is what I call the Idea Stacking era.
